Returns

We currently have a 14 day return policy.  This means that you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging.  Items must be in the same condition as you received it.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will send your instructions on where to return your package.  The buyer will be responsible for the return postage which is non-refundable.  Any items that are returned without prior contact and confirmation will not be accepted.

 

Damages or Errors

Please ensure that you inspect your item fully upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is faulty or damaged.  If you have received the wrong product, please contact us so that we can rectify the issue for you.

 

Non-Returnable items

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns for personalised items if they are damaged or faulty.
